I received the vanilla flavored Relax + Focus powder. I mixed 2 scoops with milk (you can use your favorite drink) to make a very delicious shake. I really did feel more relaxed and focused after drinking this beverage! I would highly recommend this shake to anyone that wants a healthy drink, that also helps reduce anxiety and will let you feel

The all natural, no additives is the approach that this company takes to skin care. This would be a great gift for Valentine's day if you know a special someone that love's DIY body and beauty care. They have a great selection of 100% natural product's. 

I received a sample package that included Shea Butter, Black African soap, Cocoa Butter, Beeswax Bar and Beeswax Pellets.

 The Mary Tylor Naturals Black African soap is a handmade recipe from Ghana Africa that is 100% organic. It is known to help with Eczema, Psoriasis, acne, dry rough/sensitive skin, and helps to prevent stretch marks during pregnancy. It is an amazing product that I have begun to use as a part of my nightly facial routine.

The Shea Butter is unrefined, not whipped in any way and also is 100% pure. air. This product helps to make your skin so much softer, smoother, and healthier. I liked the shea butter because of its ingredients that help with stretch marks you may already have.
